Often, they are not fully known at the beginning of the project, and users frequently do not have the capacity or time to comprehensively define all requirements.

Therefore, TTC Informatik GmbH has adapted its software development methods to the needs of its customers by pursuing agile development approaches according to the SCRUM method.

Agile Software Development for the Heat Treatment Industry

Agile software development promotes numerous feedback processes and a cyclical approach at all levels – whether in programming, within the team, or in management.

The agile approach combines short planning and development phases: After creating an initial draft and goals for programming or the desired custom AMS adaptation, a plan for the first version is created. The programming team then begins development, making necessary adjustments continuously.

Through this methodology, TTC Informatik GmbH ensures that the order management system AMS is optimally tailored to individual needs at all times and that the developed solutions are flexible enough to meet the changing requirements of customers in heat treatment and surface coating.
